Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Circin exists so people can learn something worth remembering. These guidelines keep the feed a place worth scrolling. They apply to every video, comment, message, and profile.
Teach honestly
- Don't present misinformation as fact. Getting something wrong is human; refusing to correct it isn't teaching.
- Label opinion and interpretation as such, especially in history, current events, and health topics.
- No plagiarism — credit sources and don't republish someone else's lesson as your own.
Keep it safe
- No harassment, hate, or bullying. Critique ideas, not people.
- No sexual content involving minors, ever — this is reported to authorities.
- No content that instructs dangerous activities, self-harm, or violence.
- No threats. Credible threats are removed and may be escalated.
- No posting anyone's private information — addresses, phone numbers, IDs, financial details.
- Circin is used by students. Keep content appropriate for a general audience.
Keep it real
- No spam, engagement bait, or artificially inflated metrics.
- No impersonating other people or organizations.
- Disclose sponsored or promotional content.
Reporting and enforcement
Every video, comment, and profile has a Report option, and you can block any account. Reports are reviewed; content that breaks these guidelines is removed, and repeated or severe violations lead to account suspension. If your content is removed, you'll be told why and can appeal the decision.
