Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026 · Preview terms — these will be finalized before the Circin app launches.

1. What Circin is

Circin is a learning platform where creators share short video lessons and learners watch, practice, save, and discuss them. The current release at circin.org is a preview: all content is sample material and everything you do is stored only on your own device.

2. Using Circin

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the lessons and other content you create. By publishing on Circin, you give us the license needed to host, display, and distribute that content within the service. You can delete your content at any time.

4. Community standards

Content on Circin must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them, with a review process for appeals.

5. No warranties; limitation of liability

Circin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Circin and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Educational content on Circin is created by its community and is not professional advice.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Circin after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

If you believe content on Circin infringes your copyright, send a notice with the work identified, the infringing URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your signature to our copyright contact: circinchan@gmail.com (subject: "DMCA notice"). Creators may submit counter-notices to the same address. Repeat infringers lose access. Our designated agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is completed before public launch.
