Upload before launch.
What you publish now is the launch catalog.
Circin’s web app is already open. An email address makes an account, Create leads to Upload, and a published video is watchable in the beta at once. No invitations, no waves, nothing to apply for.
Circin’s launch date is November 21, 2026. It is also early: there is no way to earn on Circin yet, and views are the only number counted. The full list of what is not there is on this page, next to what is.
Circin is new, so there is not much in the feed yet — it fills as creators publish.
Opens the Circin web app. On a computer it first offers a QR code for your phone; Carry on here anyway continues in one click, and uploading from a computer works.
Each step, with its real limit.
- 1 · Account. An email address, a birthday (only the year decides the path), a display name, a handle and a password of 8 or more characters. Accounts are for people 13 and up; a younger birth year is pointed to Circin Kids and no account is made. For 13 to 17, the app shows which safety controls exist and which do not yet, such as private profiles, before sign-up finishes. Handles are 3 to 24 characters (lowercase letters, digits, dot, underscore), first come, first served, and kept. Email is not switched on for Circin yet. Sign-up carries on without a code, and a forgotten password has no way back until it is. Changing a password while signed in works either way. Email is switched on: sign-up sends a one-time code of 16 letters and numbers that lasts 15 minutes, and a forgotten password can be reset by email the same way.
- 2 · Create. The same Create button on a phone or a computer. It leads to Upload, and then to the editor.
- 3 · Upload. Video as MP4, WebM or MOV, up to 100 MB and 5 minutes; any shape works, and Fill or Fit decides how it sits in the frame. The file plays exactly as uploaded, because nothing transcodes it yet, so H.264 with AAC in an MP4 is the safe choice. In the editor, up to 30 clips in order, trims, on-screen text, captions and one audio track (imported, or recorded as a voice-over) all reach viewers.
- 4 · Publish. Now, or scheduled up to 90 days ahead (release is give or take a few minutes). Only media you uploaded can go into your post. Private keeps it on your device. Followers-only is not built, and the app says so before you publish.
- Live. Anyone can watch it in the beta, with or without an account, and a share link opens it in the app. Archiving takes it off Circin and keeps the file; deleting removes the media. Editing republishes it, and a change to the video, title or captions sends it back for a fresh Kids decision.
- Circin Kids. Every public post waits for a person’s decision before it can appear in Circin Kids. A rejection there takes the video down for everyone, and the reviewer’s note comes to you. Circin’s review account is not set up yet, so no creator video reaches Circin Kids for now. Your post is live for everyone 13 and up either way.

What you get now, and what is not there yet.
The right-hand column is as much a part of this page as the left. It is not a roadmap with dates: it is what is not built, or not switched on, today.
| Part of Circin | What you get now | Not there yet |
|---|---|---|
| Your handle | First come, first served, and kept at launch. | Nothing verifies who a creator is or what they know. No badge is shown. |
| Uploading | MP4, WebM or MOV, up to 100 MB and 5 minutes. | Transcoding. The file plays exactly as uploaded. |
| Your edit | Clips in order, trims, on-screen text, captions and one audio track all reach viewers. | A music library, drawing on the video, learning prompts, and series that viewers can see. |
| Publishing | Public and live at once, scheduled up to 90 days ahead, or private on your device. | Followers-only posts. |
| Numbers | Views, shown only to you. A view is three seconds or more, once per watcher per day, never your own signed-in views. | Watch time, retention, completion, replays, followers gained. None of it is measured. |
| Money | Nothing, and the earnings page says so. | No advertisers, no ads, no revenue share, no tips, no payouts. Subscriptions are not coming at all. |
| Password | Change it any time while signed in. | Reset by email works only once a mail provider is set up on Circin’s server. |
| Circin Kids | Every public post is queued for a person’s decision. | Approval needs Circin’s owner to have the review account set up. Until then, no creator video reaches Kids. |
| Leaving | Delete the account from the app: posts come down and uploaded media is deleted. | Getting the handle back. A deleted account’s handle is retired for good, for you as well as everyone else. |
| Being found | The feeds, search, and a share link that opens your video in the app. | An audience waiting. Circin has not launched, and the catalog is what early creators make it. |
| On your phone | The web app, in your phone’s browser. One server holds every account and video, so the same login shows the same videos in the iPhone app. | The iPhone app itself. It opens through TestFlight before launch; until a link appears on this page, there is none. |

What happens on launch day
To your work, nothing. No part of the server reads the launch date, so there is no reset and no wipe: early videos, their view counts and your handle simply remain, and the people who arrive that day find them. The limit, in the same breath: the server behind the beta is a prelaunch one, built to be carried into the larger backend Circin has planned. That move is not built yet, so this page describes no mechanism for it.
Nobody owes Circin an upload. Publishing one video and seeing how it feels is a complete way to use early access, and so is waiting.
Circin is new, so there is not much in the feed yet — it fills as creators publish.
On your iPhone: the beta is open through TestFlight. Get the iPhone beta, then log in with the same email — your account and videos are already there.
Here to watch rather than make? The same web app is open to anyone, with no account needed to watch, search or browse, and the catalog is still being made. If launch day suits you better, Get notified at launch is a separate list: one note on the day, and it never creates an account.
Early access
Early access was the stretch before launch when creators could publish ahead of everyone else. What they uploaded then is part of what people find on Circin now.
Creating works the same way it did then: an account, Create, Upload, Publish. For creators has the current picture, including what is still not built.
